Simple Python GUI for the toshset tool.

The Toshiba Portege R500, can preserve power by going in a transreflective mode
where the sun is used as the lightsource among other features. These features
can be enabled with the toshset tool in Linux.

I have created a simple GUI in python-gtk to switch between LVDS and VGA,
Transreflective mode, Bluetooth and Lan on/off.

The icons are from famfamfams free silk icon package

Usage

Download the file and type the following commands in a terminal on Ubuntu

    sudo apt-get install python-gtk toshset

    tar zxvf toshsetgui.tgz

    cd toshsetgui

    gksudo ./tosh.py


Support for Transreflective LCD Displays is included in toshset v1.73+
